4 New Build Luxury Homes

BEAT Solutions were appointed by Alfred Homes to prepare pre-planning SAP calculations and Water Efficiency calculations. Once planning permissioned had been granted we successfully devloped the detialed design stage SAP calculations to ensure compliance with Winchester City Councils requirements for achieving 19% over building regulations.


Upon completion of the building works we supported Alfrd Homes in conducting the Air Permeability testing and As Built SAP calculations and EPC's.
